Check In is at 4:00pm with Check Out at 10:00am. A personalized door code will be sent to you 24 before your reservation, and is active only during these times.

We are unable to accommodate early or late check out times due to high occupancy.

Yes, with a max of two pets. All of our cabins are pet friendly with a pet fee of $25 per pet, per night.

Due to the lack of space in our parking lot, we do not allow any trailers on our property. There is however a few spaces open along the road side that are first come, first serve, that may be available for trailer storage.

Yes! Our property provides a serene location for your gathering, boasting beautiful views of the Salmon River and Sawtooth Mountains. All of our cabins hold 72 guests at maximum capacity. There are also several shared lawn areas available for set up and events.

Yes, we are open year-round. We offer discounted rates for off season reservations!

A 10% cancellation fee is required for any cancelled reservation or removal of nights. This fee applies to cancellations due to illness, natural disasters, wildfire, flooding, snow storms, road closures, etc.

If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
